Fuyuan Comapny had started to specialized develop,study and produce the technology of Polyurethane(PU)productions since 1990.At present,it owns about 30 million of fixed assets,we built nearly 10000 square meters workshop of international standard in Weihai Hi-Tech Develop Zoon,and there were fully equipped water,power,steam and communication apparatus.We had 4 sets High-Power PU Foaming machines from Italy,and a lot of advanced and perfect devices for chemical examination,and now we have the ability of production for 5 million Polyurethane flat-free tyres(PU tyres) and 1000,000 pieces Polyurethane spare parts for automobile.
Fuyuan Company have about 80 staffs,including high-ranking,middle rank personnel in a specific field and technology more than 20 persons.So we have rich specialized producing ability and more higher development and studing level.In 2001,our company was named "High and New Technology Enterprise" by Shandong Science Committee.
We had developed new production of PU tyres in 1992,and we had passed appraisement of provincal.The PU tyres had been placed in "torch plan" of the state,and had been gotten the state patent.The PU tyres have many advantage difference to tranditional and pneumatic rubber tyres,so they were extensive uesd in bicycle and wheelchair.The technology performance of prodrction had reached international advanced standard.For many years,the Polyurethane flat-free tyres(PU tyres) were exported a large number to Europe and American,and they are favorably received by the clients of home and abroad.
We had started to develop Polyurethane truck decorations of inner and outside for our truck trades in 1994.There are 4 sizes for Ster instruction from Austria of China Heavy-Duty Truck Groop.It had passed appraisement of provincal and acceptance of experts from China Heavy-Duty Truck Groop.The technology performance of production had reached advanced standard of Austria Ster.Fuyuan Company has been confirmed to the formal fix supplier by China Heavy-Duty Truck Groop.
